You would fly into and out of Reno, NV. After checking out the area, "Lake Tahoe and Virginia City" we head west to the mountains and on to Truckee, CA. across Donner Pass. This was named from the Donner party that attempted a crossing in the late fall of 1846. Almost one-half of the party starved to death on there journey." "don't worry there will be plenty of food for us"  From there it's north on hwy 89 to hwy 36 east to Lassen National Park..and and down The Bigfoot Hwy.. From there it's west to the coastline with State Parks, Beaches and Light Houses. One of the night we will spend the night on the pacific coast, with a lighthouse and bonfires while we party on the beach. We will ride through the Redwoods trees "literally through a redwood tree" For the riders that go on the July ride, we will celebrate the 4th of July on the Pacific Ocean, walk out of your motel for fire works, bonfires and the incredible light house on the beach. For the Sept riders we will still stay on the Pacific Ocean just no fire works. The next day its south along the coastline to the Chandelier Tree, yes, you can drive your motorcycle through the tree and then you got it, more curves. We'll  spend the night in Mendocino on the Pacific and it's party time. More light houses, n wine country well also visit NAPA Valley.. Then it's off to Lake Taho and a night on the lake, beach and fire pits on the lake. From there it's south across the Sierra Mountians, what a beatuful ride to Yosemite National Park, "two nights here" this is one of the most visited parks in North America. Once there you can understand why. The trip was great, we always have a wounderful exciting time. Enjoy the pictures from past trips.
